Hardscaping Warranty
5-Year Hardscape Workmanship Warranty
CKC Landscaping warrants that all hardscape installations (patios, walkways, retaining walls) will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of installation.
- What is Covered: Structural settling, significant shifting, or heaving of pavers/walls due to installation error.
- Material Warranty: Most pavers (Techo-Bloc, EP Henry) carry their own generic lifetime material warranty, which we facilitate on your behalf.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by “Acts of God” (floods, earthquakes), tree root upheaval, or the use of de-icing salts on concrete products.
Plant Material Warranty
6-Month Plant Survival Guarantee
We select only the healthiest nursery stock for your property. CKC Landscaping provides a one-time replacement for any tree or shrub that dies within (6) months of installation.
- Conditions: This warranty is valid provided that the plant material has been properly watered (either via an automated irrigation system or documented manual watering).
- Exclusions: Does not cover annuals, transplanted material, or loss due to extreme weather (droughts/freezes), animal damage (deer/rodents), or neglect.
Lighting & Components
- Landscape Lighting: We uphold the manufacturer’s warranty on all fixtures and transformers (typically 5 years to Lifetime). We warrant our labor/connections for two (2) years.
- Pumps & Hardware: Warranted according to the specific manufacturer’s terms.
Important Care Note:
To protect your warranty and the beauty of your pavers, NEVER use rock salt (Sodium Chloride) on concrete pavers or stone. We recommend Calcium Chloride or Magnesium Chloride products only.
